Love the Quick Fix Tutorial especially for fixing some of my novice photos of my quilts. Not being a professional photographer means some of my photos are ordinary to say the least.

I don't see this link :-(

I use the french version and the only link that i've got in adjust is "adust color temp" (Ctrl+2)

How can i have the Quick Fix link ?

I'm not sure that I understand. Do you mean that your ZPS is missing that feature? ZPS exists in more editions and some do not contain all features (I'm not sure about presence of the Quick Fix feature in XPress version).
